Loyalty Program Rewards

Introduced in September of 2003, the Four Rivers Harley-Davidson Loyalty Program is a discount program designed to reward Loyalty customers. Once you have joined the Loyalty Program, you will earn points on all qualified purchases. The earned Points will then be converted to Four Rivers Harley-Davidson Loyalty Rewards in $5.00 increments. The Reward can be used to make purchases in any department at Four Rivers Harley-Davidson.

Any retail customer of Four Rivers Harley-Davidson may sign-up to become a member of the Loyalty Rewards Program by completing an application. Employees of Four Rivers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the program.

Upon approval, applicants will receive a Four Rivers Harley-Davidson "Loyalty Member Card".

Members are responsible for keeping their personal information up-to-date by reporting changes in name, address, or phone number in writing to:

Members of the program will be awarded Reward Points when purchases are made. The Card must be presented at the time of purchase to qualify for Points.Points may not be added retoractively. Points may not be combined with those of any other Member.Husband and wife may use the same card or ask for a seperate card. The Card may be used by a Member for purchases to be used solely by that Member. A Member's Card may not be used by any other person. Calculation of Points will exclude motorcycle purchase and sales tax or use tax payments.

Four Rivers Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend, restrict or terminate the Program or any aspect thereof at any time in the future without notice. Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time due to failure to follow the terms of the Program or due to any misrepresentation or other fraudulent acts. In any such case, all points earned may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Four Rivers Harley-Davidson. Abuse of the Program, including allowing another person or company to use a Card, may result in termination of the Member's membership. Points for a Member as reflected in the records of Four Rivers shall be deemed at timeof purchase. Four Rivers Harley-Davidson reserves the right to determine the amount of each Gift Card earned. This Program is designed to reward individual customers. (Corporate purchases, companies, and business accounts are not eligible for the Program.) Members are responsible for any taxes resulting from participation in the Program. Four Rivers Harley-Davidson will make reasonable efforts to count all qualifying purchases toward the Program, but we are not responsible for any technical errors that may occur. Four Rivers Harley-Davidson reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time for any reason. Any unredeemed Points will be forfeited. Four Rivers Harley-Davidson reserves the right to interpret all rules of the Program. Use of the Card constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Program.

Points will be earned at the rate of 7 points per dollar spent on parts, accessories, clothing, and labor. Points will not be awarded on motorcycles, discounted or sales merchandise, specials, or insurance claims. Members may redeem points in 700 point or $5.00 increments. Members can redeem their points at anytime with no minimum requirement. Points earned have no cash value. Purchases made prior to membership in the Program are not eligible for accumulation of Points. In the event of refunds, returned checks, or disputed credit card charges, all Points earned for that purchase will be deducted at a rate equal to the Reward at the time of the original transaction.
