"Hello, I would like to thank Shelia and Grand Rivers personel for their help - over and beyond the call of duty. On our first bike trip of 2010, Memorial Day, we traveled to Grand Rivers and the Kentucky Lake area, when we arrived in Grand Rivers, I noticed my motorcycle had developed a problem. I am a professional mechanic and I had serviced and checked my motorcycle before our trip but when we pulled in Grand Rivers my 1300 was making a loud engine knock. I noticed Shelia's store - but my motorcycle is a metric cruiser and I was a little embarassed to ask them for help, but I did. To my surprise Shelia and company helped us, as if we were family. We determined I had slightly overfilled the engine crankcase with oil and the oil had foamed. They provided the tools and we drained and replaced the oil with Harley Davidson oil, that I purchased from the Grand Rivers store. On restart the noise was gone. I was very relieved, and we were able to finish our bike trip. I want to sincerly say, Thank You, to Four Rivers - Grand Rivers, Shelia Chandler and company are first class people and will help you any way they can. Tim and Bobbie Lambert"

"20 years (nearly to the month) after my 1st new HD purchase, I finally found my new scoot...at 4 Rivers HD...a 2009 FLHT. I'd heard of 4 Rivers from a few friends who'd purchased HD's from them in the past. While driving by, on vacation, I called to see if they had any FLHT's. Milton was GREAT about e-mailing me pics and crunching numbers while my family and I where relaxing in Myrtle Beach, S.C. On my way back home to Illinois, I dropped in 4 Rivers...3 hours later I was riding my new baby home. My '90 XL now has a friend to talk to while I'm at work. ;-)"

From the minute I began talking with Buck, I was impressed and the experience just got better. The attention and service you recieve at this dealership is second to none. Recently I wanted parts to customize my new bike and tried-once again-the local dealers and was again disappointed with the attitude and lack of help in locating a part that I needed. "Dealing with Jerry Carter buying my 2010 CVO Street Glide was the most enjoyable experience I had in buying a new bike in many years. Everyone at Four Rivers are very knowledgeable in their job. "My Husband and Myself were in your store for the first time on Oct. 28,09. We just wanted to check it out and see what inventory you had and I wanted to check out the clothing and Jewelry. Unfortunately our time was very limited, we had appts to be back in Milan for. I was so surprised to be greeted by Buffy, I didn't even have to ask!!! She let me check out the jewelry displays and made me feel very relaxed and welcomed, not like I was wasting her time, even after I told her I just wanted to look at some of the pieces!! I got to look at a lot of Jewelry items that I had been wanting to see for ages!!! I had never been offered to even look at the jewelry at our dealer here close to home, even though I've purchased enough accessories there over the last 12 years that they know me by name!!! I also noticed that your jewelry is taken care of and not discolored from not being polished or dusted!! I found the one ring I had been looking for and left without it!! But we did purchase clothing for myself that Buffy also helped me locate and find my sizes, welcomed me to use the dressing room and absolutely no pressure. After I had chose two pieces she told me about the clearance racks upstairs, which is normally where I end up due to no one offering to help me with specific items I'm looking for. I checked out the clearance and found another item thanks to her, she's a dream come true for me at a HD dealership!!! Who ever hired her knew what they were doing she's a very valuable asset to your dealership!! We've been in Business for ourselves for over 20 years and I can tell you if we were closer to Paducah we would definitely try to steal her away!!LOL She comes across as very genuine and makes you feel right at home, not like your wasting her time or just ignore you completely!! All the Girls we came in contact with during our visit were a dream come true, they made you feel like they genuinely wanted to help you!!! We also met Kelm, my husband Mike found her first and I was surprised to figure out that he fell in love with her immediately!! Very unusual for him at a HD dealership, which of course makes him not want to get the old Wallet out when the sales girls won't even greet you & don't even ask if you need any help. I knew when I walked up to the counter and she introduced herself that he wasn't going to have any problem reaching for the ol Wallet!! Yee Haw!!! He was braggin on Buffy to her and after talking to Kelm a few seconds knew she was genuine also. The three of us tried our best on the ring but I can't complain after he did treat me to the clothing,( unusual for him at HD) Thanks Girls hopefully I'll get it by mail if I can get in touch with ya'll? Mike and I both knew immediately we should have stopped before the casino instead of after!! Believe me I won't forget how easy it was for him to reach for his wallet & treat me by buying the clothes there, just wish we were closer. He's a very hard sale but I think Buffy and Kelm could sell him anything!!! I know it sounds very sugar coated! I don't know any other way to let ya'll know just what a wonderful surprise for us to discover your sales girls. I want to think they will remember us because we let them know just how much we appreciated their attitudes. Their priceless to Four Rivers HD, especially with the economy the way it is. With the experience of how easy it was for them to sell Mike on his purchase for me, they should be able to take on the toughest, tightest of customers!! We're still talking about our visit to everyone, Mike told his co workers and some of them had already made the trip to come see the dealership. Our next Rally at Hawg Holler will be in May of 2010 and can't wait to tell everyone about Four Rivers. Mike and I plan to make a business trip and bring some Rally Flyers to leave with ya'll!! "On 6/26/09 myself and family were at the shop. My sales rep was Brady Capps. After looking at a couple different models I settled on a Heritage Classic. Time for the test ride, first ride was awesome, second ride didn't goe so well. While riding near Husband road a red SUV was in MY outside lane on a curve, Iwas traveling aroung 25 miles per hour, the lady in MY lane and on a cell phone never moved. I had to lay the bike down to keep from being a hood ornament. A few moments later a couple of people stopped to check on me, helped me get the bike up and I rode it back to the dealership. Upon arrival, bloodied and bruised, and broken ribs, numerous staff responded to help me. They were all awesome. They showed no concern for the bike that I had just laid down and had only genuine concern for my health. Before going to the hospital I purchased an 06 Hertage. Everyone from Linda, Jeff, and Brady were outstanding!!! They have called me several times to make sure I am ok. You don't find that kind of concern and compassion in most big businessess but you will at Four Rivers!!!! They have treated my family, myself, and friends with the utmost respect and folks they are GENUINE PEOPLE!!!!! Cannot say enough good things about their entire operations. "I bought the 09 Turqouise/Antique White Heritage Soft Tail about two months ago and was just over whelmed with the service that I received during that process. I've already left my testimonial on that experience so today I'm leaving a testimonial for the incident that I just had this past weekend(6-6-09). Myself and a few friends rode to Four Rivers so my friends could check out the products and bikes that Four Rivers has to offer. When we left we stopped and topped off out tanks and a near by station. Shortly there after my bike started smoking and pinging. I stopped ,pulled over and called Four Rivers. They were there within 15 minutes to trailor me and my bike back to their dealership.It took them about 2 minutes to conclude that I had accidentally put diesel in my tank(about 1 gallon). While the service department was working on my bike...Mellissa Breedlove was trying to get me a rental car just in case they had to keep my bike.After it was all over ....I did'nt need the rental because Eric, the service department manager and his guys got my bike back to perfect running condition within an hour of getting the bike to the shop.All this was not under warrenty because it was my mistake. I went to pay the bill and Eric said that I owed them NOTHING!!!! I could NOT believe that they worked that hard on my bike and charged me nothing!!!! So I want to put out a GREAT BIG thank you to Eric and his department for going above and beyond for this customer and I wanted to thank Mellissa for being there to help with the transportation if needed and for just soothing the stupid mistake I made and Milton for coming and getting me and my bike back safely to the dealership.I will always ....always tell people that Four Rivers is the BEST place for buying their next bike, I will never go anywhere else. Thank You guys very much for everything."

"I can't afford to buy, but I love to window shop and dream. When I visited your showroom, during your grand opening. I was so surprised. Usually, when I go into a dealer I'm not very well recepted, when I say "Just looking". Your salespeople treated me well and allowed me to browse and ask questions about every bike I liked. On that day I feel in love with the "Softail Crossbones". I decided that day, if I could ever afford to buy a bike, it would be from your store. "I recently bought my second bike at 4-Rivers. Shorly afterward, I was critically injured in an accident on the bike. They could not stabilize me enough to operate the day of my accident. The next day (Easter Sunday) they stabilized my 5 broken ribs. Managed to get my lung to re-inflate. And installed a rod into my right femur. I found out for the second time in my life that God has plans for me and it is still not my time to die. Though I have many family members in the area; The first faces I saw when I awoke after surgery were Jack and Jerry. Next came Hooper and Q-Ball. Followed by several other 4-Rivers Employees. Now I know I have three families. My blood relatives. My Church Family. And my Four Rivers Family. These folks are the most loving and caring people I have ever met in my life. "Well...when I stopped in at Four Rivers I had originally planned on going to Abernaty's. I had just left Clarksville Tn , Appletons Harley Davidson and I don't mind telling you , after my experience in Clarksville ...I was not to excited about looking at any other bikes that day (they have no idea about customer service especially to women).When we walked into Four Rivers I was sooooo excited at the variety and styles of bikes there.I looked at several bikes and sat on a couple and was amazed that I was not being hounded by salespersons.Brady approched me and ask what I was looking for.He shouwed me the 09 Deluxe.Beautiful bike but when I seen the 09 Heritage Soft Tail Classic....That was it! Brady answered every question and never once tried to push me into a decision. That in its self was enough to sell me.I was there on Saturday called Brady Monday morning(his day off) he processed my app. and went in on his day off to make sure my bike was ready when I arrived that afternoon.I pulled into the parking lot and Brady had moved my bike right out front on the walkway for everyone to see with a BIG SOLD sign on it with my name on the tag.Brady my man... your are wonderful! "When shopping for our first Harley Davidson, we unfortunately had a very negative experience at another dealership in our home state. I had almost changed my mind about switching to the HD brand, but I decided to give it one more shot with another dealership to see if they knew how to treat their customers. I will never regret that I did. I found Four Rivers Harley Davidson through the dealer locator, and was soon talking to Bubba on the phone. I could not have asked for a more customer service oriented person. We drove 3 hours to Four Rivers HD, and Bubba met us out front before the doors even opened. He introduced us to Brady, who is clearly dedicated to the HD company and shares his enthusiasm about it with others. We had a great experience, and are now the proud owners of a Harley Super Glide. The main reason was the cost as it was over $150 less than the Harley Dealer we usually go to as it is much closer than Sills. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly. Being from out of town, we asked if there was somewhere close we could go to eat and pass time until our bike was ready. Curtis told us a place but it was too far to walk. He arranged for Brad to take us, along with a phone number to call when we were ready to come back. I can't tell you how much this meant to us. "I've owned many HD's in my life but never a new one. Earlier this year my grandfather passed away and left me some money. I knew one of the things I wanted to do was buy my first new HD. Like I say, I've had other bikes but I was never able to walk into a showroom, point and say, "that's the one I want." The experience was bitter sweet. I was glad he had left me the money but I wished we hadn't lost him. The folks at Sills can be described best in one word, "family." Chris, took the time to let me ride a few different bikes and make sure what I wanted. Miss Judy and the girls made sure I was fixed up with gear. Qball and Hoop back in service made sure I had my local HOG chapter card. Each time I'm there it's like a homecoming. I bought my 05 Road King Classic on May 27 or so and I've put over 8500 miles on it. It hasn't been sittin much. I recently took it back to Sills for my 10,000 mile service and to change some handlebars. They really took good care of me. Through an oversight it turned out it was going to be more money to change my bars than what I was quoted. They not only stood by their original estimate but they were even cheaper than the original estimate. If you are looking for a dealership that will treat you like family and stand by their word then you don't have to look any further than Sills HD and if you're out and about this winter stop by the Grand Rivers store. None even came close to the professional, friendly, down home service I got from Sills. Even though, I know some of the other Dealerships had the exact bike in stock that I wanted, I knew it would be worth the month and a half wait to do business with Sills, and I was not let down. This place made me feel like family. Tammy, Diane, Chris, Danelle , took me under their wings and made buying my first Harley Davidson a great experience. This, I won’t soon forget.
